For those who don’t know, Sega recently announced that Sonic Colors will be arriving this year for the Nintendo DS and Wii. The game sees Sonic featuring to a fantastical amusement park world where Dr. Eggman has captured a species known as Wisps. These colorful Wisps can also be used to give Sonic unparalleled abilities only rivaled by Mario’s wacky and unique power from Super Mario Galaxy. Trailer below.

Just a quick little update from the site
Due to Xenos retirement from the staff I have promoted 2 great members and they are
Twilight the Fox and Mikomi they have moved up to the Rank from Mod to Super Mod! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
Secondly I was browsing around the net and found out something interesting SSZ Won 4th in the Sonic stadium awards 2009! Under information Station that’s good for not ever entering this site or knowing so yay us! Maybe this year I will enter the site so we actually have a chance especially with the new desing you can see the results here!

Lastly the spring contest is on it’s ways thanks to Eric a Joltis so check out the forum for all the rules and details!
The next update from me will be to launch Sonic Speed Zone “Touch” due try to keep you minds out of the gutter that’s all from the fox in camo shorts Lightning out!
Sonic 4 was originally scheduled for a Summer release on the PlayStation Network, WiiWare Shop and Xbox Live Arcade. Sadly, Sega has now announced that the game will miss the Summer timeframe and will instead be released in “Late 2010.” According to the publisher, The additional development time will allow for more careful focus on the design of each level and to provide additional polish that an important game like this demands, ultimately providing fans with an unrivalled classic Sonic feel.” Not to mention the title was also confirmed for the iphone and ipod touch
To make up for this unfortunate news, Sega has unveiled the first official gameplay trailer and confirmed that Sonic 4 will be making its way to the iPhone App Store as well. Although its interesting to note that the existence of the iPhone version and several gameplay clips leaked out of Sega HQ months ago. But it’s nice to know that it’s finally official. On a quick note on the site a new fan music video has been added.
